(1) BOI STAR REWARDZ is the Loyalty Program launched for Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card customers. It’s our endeavour to take our relationship with you to a new level. At BOI STAR REWARDZ, we believe that you must be rewarded whenever you choose to buy a product or pay for a service using your Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card. You choose our product/service over a host of options that you have. You repose your trust and faith in us. You must be rewarded. Every time! BOI STAR REWARDZ will reward you in multiple ways that will get you your desired reward and /or service as fast as possible.

(2) Membership into BOI STAR REWARDZ - All Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card holders are pre-enrolled into BOI STAR REWARDZ, on an individual basis. Each member will have only a single membership with BOI STAR REWARDZ, irrespective of the number or types of accounts held with Bank of India. However, members need to register the BOI STAR REWARDZ account by visiting www.boistarrewardz.com

(3) How can you earn StarPoints?
   (a) Every member of BOI STAR REWARDZ is eligible to accrue StarPoints.
   (b) BOI STAR REWARDZ members can earn & accumulate StarPoints for all their spends at          Point of Sale (POS) using their Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card.
   (c) BOI STAR REWARDZ members can earn StarPoints as per their monthly spends using              Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card.
             (i) On spending up to Rs. 5,000 monthly you get 1 StarPoint on every Rs. 100.
            (ii) On spending up to Rs. 10,000 monthly, you get 1.5 StarPoints for every Rs.100                   (of 1.5 StarPoints, 1 StarPoint is the base point and 0.5 StarPoint is bonus                          which is applicable to the amount you spent from Rs. 5001 to Rs. 10,000/-)
          (iii) And on spending above Rs. 10,000 monthly you get 2 StarPoints on every Rs.100                 (of 2 StarPoints, 1 StarPoint is the base point and additional 1 StarPoint is bonus                  which is applicable to the amount you spent above Rs. 10000/-).
 (4) How can you check your BOI STAR REWARDZ account balance?
       Members can check BOI STAR REWARDZ account by:
     (a) Visiting www.boistarrewardz.com and logging into your personal BOI STAR                         REWARDZ account, OR
     (b) Calling our customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll Free), from 9 am to 9 pm (Monday            –Saturday).
(5) What can you do with your StarPoints?
      BOI STAR REWARDZ members can redeem their StarPoints to get FREE gifts,                     merchandise and services from our redemption platform. This platform of FREE gifts,         merchandize and services includes:
          (a) Airline tickets
          (b) Personalized products
          (c) Bus tickets
          (d) Movie tickets
          (e) Entertainment products, Electronic items
          (f) Family, Home, Fashion & Beauty products
          (g) Music and Sports products
          (h) Limited-time Seasonal Rewardz, etc
This platform of Goods and Services will remain dynamic. There will be new goods and services being added continually to keep the redemption options refreshed for you. Card member will need to achieve a threshold of 100 StarPoints to be eligible to redeem. StarPoints need to redeemed within three years (36 months excluding the month of accrual) of earning them. Unredeemed StarPoints will expire at the end of three years.

(6) How can our members redeem StarPoints?
Customers can redeem StarPoints by:
(a) Visiting www.boistarrewardz.com and logging into your personal BOI STAR REWARDZ account, OR

*** General
(1) What is BOI STAR REWARDZ?
BOI STAR REWARDZ is an exclusive loyalty program initiated by Bank of India for its ATM cum Debit Card holders to reward them with StarPoints accumulated over transactions and redeeming the same for a wide range of consumer products.

(2) What are the benefits of BOI STAR REWARDZ membership?
Bank of India customers would be rewarded with StarPoints for every transaction they make using their ATM cum Debit Card. These StarPoints can be redeemed to procure a wide range of products like Airline Tickets, Bus Tickets, Movie Tickets, Electronic Items, Home, Fashion, Beauty products etc. The more you spend the more you get rewarded.

(3) How do I become a member?
As a Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card Holder you are automatically enrolled as a BOI STAR REWARDZ member. All you need to do is Register your account.

(4) How do I register my BOI STAR REWARDZ account?
    (a) Visit www.boistarrewardz.com
    (b) Under “First time user” Click on “Register Account” link.
    (c) You will be asked to enter your Bank of India Debit Card Number
    (d) Then the first 4 digits of your account number will be displayed; you will have to fill           in the last 4 digits of your account to validate the account details for registration.
    (e) You will be asked to fill in few more details to update your profile
    (f) Once you complete the registration process, your user id and password will be sent            to you via email/SMS
    (g) Use this User id and password to log in to your BOI STAR REWARDZ account and start        redeeming your StarPoints for over 2 million merchandise, movie, air and bus tickets.

(5) Can I join BOI STAR REWARDZ if I live outside India but I am an Indian citizen?
    As long as you hold a Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card, you can join BOI STAR REWARDZ.

(6) Is BOI STAR REWARDZ open for Non- Indian citizens?
    Yes, if you are a resident of India and hold a Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card, you            automatically become a member of BOI STAR REWARDZ.

****** Accruals
(1) How do I earn StarPoints?
BOI STAR REWARDZ members can earn Star Points as per their monthly spends using Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card.
(a) On spending up to Rs. 5,000/- monthly, the customer will get 1 star point on every Rs. 100.
(b) On spending up to Rs. 10,000/- monthly, the customer will get 1.5 star points for every Rs. 100 (For 1.5 star points, 1 star point is the base point and 0.5 star point is bonus which is applicable to the amount, the customer spent from Rs. 5,001 to Rs. 10,000/-).
(c) And on spending above Rs. 10,000/- monthly, the customer will get 2 star points on every Rs. 100/- (of 2 star points, 1 star point is the base point and additional 1 star point is bonus which is applicable to the amount, the customer spent above Rs. 10,000/-)

(2) Where can I earn StarPoints?
You can earn StarPoints anywhere in India and overseas by making payments using your Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card.

(3) What is the validity period of StarPoints?
Your StarPoints are valid for a period of 36 months or 3 years excluding the month of accrual.

***** Redemption
(1) How do I redeem my StarPoints?
You can redeem your StarPoints by: Either
(a) Logging in to BOI STAR REWARDZ website,
OR
(b) Calling us on our Toll Free number 1800 209 9299 from 9 am to 9 pm (Monday-Saturday).

(2) My Reward has not been delivered as yet?
Please check the date mentioned in the copy of the Redemption Request. All rewards reach you within the delivery time specified on the website. If it has been 2 days since the date mentioned, please fill in the details in the ‘my request’ column of the BOI STAR REWARDZ website, or call BOI STAR REWARDZ customer care to know the delivery status.

(3) Can I combine Cash and StarPoints for redemption?
No you cannot combine Cash and StarPoints for redemption.

(4) Can I redeem at a partner brand’s or BOI STAR REWARDZ merchants’ location?
At the moment you can only redeem online and through the customer care centre.

(5) I bought something through a partner brand store and I want to return it. What happens to my points?
Merchandize purchased at partner brand outlets are governed by policies of individual store and the partners. In case return of the products is allowed the equivalent amount of points would be rolled back to your account.

(6) My computer/ the site/ the application crashed just when I was redeeming?
Please restart your computer/ log in to web page and check my request page. If the redemption request is complete it would reflect on my requests. Alternatively you can call the BOI STAR REWARDZ customer care.

**** Airline Tickets
(1) Can I book both international and domestic flights?
At the moment redemption is available on airlines for travel within India only. The International travel redemption option will be added shortly.

(2) Can I redeem StarPoints for more than one passenger at any time?
Yes, you can redeem StarPoints for up to 6 passengers at any given time.

(3) Can I redeem StarPoints to gift an Airline ticket(s)?
Yes, you can easily gift air line tickets to friends / family. However you need to make the booking in the name of passenger(s) who would be travelling. Air tickets are not transferable.

(4) What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem before I fly?
No, there is no minimum time frame for redeeming your Star Points. You can redeem your Star Points for a flight departing on the same day.

(5) When I receive an itinerary after completing the booking process, is my booking confirmed?
No, the redemption of StarPoints for flight tickets are on a request basis. The confirmation you receive is a confirmation of your specific requested itinerary.

(6) When does my request get confirmed/ticketed?
The request can only get confirmed/ticketed 24 business hours after receipt of the request. Once it is confirmed, you would receive an email for the same.

(7) If I get the itinerary, does that mean my air ticket and redemption fare is guaranteed?
No, the ticket is not guaranteed and neither is the flight fare (StarPoints Required) frozen to that figure, until and unless the ticket is issued.

(8) Can I cancel/modify my redemption for the flight ticket?
Once redeemed, the air tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

(9) What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
You will need to check with the airline with which you have booked your seat. In the event of a schedule change/cancellation, your interests are protected, and you will be rebooked onto another flight. Delays however are governed by the respective airline policies.

***** Bus Tickets
(1) Can I redeem StarPoints for more than one passenger at any time?
Yes, you can redeem StarPoints for up to 6 passengers at any given time.

(2) Can I redeem StarPoints to gift a Bus ticket(s)?
Yes, you can easily gift bus tickets to friends / family. However you need to make the booking in the name of the passenger(s) who would be travelling. Air tickets are not transferable.

No, you can book any time however it is advisable to plan your reservation 24 hours prior to departure.

(4) When I receive an itinerary after completing the booking process, is my booking confirmed?

(5) If I get the itinerary, does that mean my bus ticket and redemption fare is guaranteed?

(9) Can I redeem StarPoints for tickets without having to use the internet?
Yes you can, by calling us on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number)

(10) How can I get my bus tickets in my hand if I were to redeem my StarPoints online?
After completion of your transaction, you can directly print your tickets by clicking on the ‘Print Ticket’ link provided on the ‘Redemption Request Confirmation’ page. Please carry this print-out on your person when travelling; also please ensure that you have with you a photo I.D, stating the Date of Birth information that was provided whilst making the booking request on the internet.

(11) Will I be eligible for any refunds should I miss the bus?
No, unfortunately in the event of you missing the bus, we will not be held responsible.

(12) How much luggage can I carry? What is my luggage Allowance?
The luggage restrictions vary from operator to operator. On average 20kg per person is the usual allowance. Luggage being carried for commercial purposes will be charged separately.

(13) I have lost my ticket printout. How can I retrieve it?
In order for you to reprint your ticket, you will first need to call us on (Toll free number) 1800 209 9299. We will provide you with your PNR. Once you have this, simply click on the Cancel/Modify link on the top of the homepage. Enter your PNR, your First Name and the Date of your Journey in the popup screen that appears. Your ticket will then be retrieved and ready for printing.

(14) How can I find the most convenient pick up point for myself?
Click on the drop down menu of the Pickup listings on the search results page and you can access Ticketvala’s unique interactive map. It shows you all the pickup points in the city with detailed street maps for your added convenience.

(15) What does ‘Ticket Type’ mean?
There are 2 types of statuses that are possible when you request for a bus ticket booking
(a) Redeem – The seat is available and your seat is immediately confirmed.
(b) Request – Your request has been recorded and we will contact you shortly to confirm your seat.

**** Movie Tickets
(1) Can I choose my seat at the cinema?
Yes, this is one of the most important features that we offer. You have the choice of re-selecting / changing your seats at every step of the transaction.

(2) How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
You are permitted to book a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction in each seating category of the cinema screen.

(3) How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email stating the same.

(4) Is there a telephone number where I can contact you and book my tickets?
Apart from web bookings, we also offer a customer care booking service. Please call on 1800 209 9299 to book your tickets through our customer care.

(5) I accidentally booked my tickets for today instead of tomorrow, can you change the tickets?
No, it is not possible to replace or refund tickets once they have been confirmed.

(6) Can I change my seats?
No, it is not possible to change your seats to another row or another number once they have been booked and confirmed.

(7) Can I change the show time that I have booked for?
No, it is not possible to change your tickets for different show timing once they have been booked and confirmed.

(8) Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
No, as per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed as sold, and therefore cannot be replaced or cancelled.

(9) What is the minimum time frame within which I need to redeem before the show?
You must redeem your StarPoints at least 4 hours before the show timing. For eg., should you wish to go for a show at 11pm on the 15th of April, you must redeem your points and make your booking request by the 7 pm on the 15th of April at the latest.

(10) How will I get my tickets?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to printout your confirmation and carry it with you to the box office at the cinema. Your tickets will be at the box office, and on request, they will be handed over to you.

**** Merchandise
(1) How many days will it take to get my reward merchandise delivered?
Your reward merchandise will be delivered within 30 days.

(2) What should I do if the reward merchandise doesn’t reach me?
Please call our customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number) to check on the status of your order.

(3) What if the product reaches my mentioned delivery address when I was away or not available?
Should this occur, we will attempt to deliver the product the next business day once again.

(4) What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
Please call our customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number) in order to have the delivery address changed. This change of address will only be possibly should you request for it at the end of the same business day on which you have placed your redemption request.

(5) What should I do if the reward merchandise delivered to me is not what I ordered?
In such cases, please call customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number) within one business day of the delivery of the product, in order to report the same.

(6) What should I do if the reward merchandise has hidden damage or is found to be defective?
In this case, please call customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number) within one business day from the delivery of the product, in order to report the same. The article shall be replaced.

(7) What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
Please call our customer care on 1800 209 9299 (Toll free number) before your redemption request is processed in order to change or cancel your redemption order.

(1) How can I check my StarPoints status?
You can check your StarPoints by logging in to the BOI STAR REWARDZ website or by calling our Customer care.

 (2) Will I receive a statement of my StarPoints and activities?
Yes, a monthly statement will be sent to all BOI STAR REWARDZ members.

(3) What are the customer service numbers, and how would we be able to reach BOI STAR REWARDZ?
The BOI STAR REWARDZ Customer care number is 1800 209 9299.

(4) I am not able to log in?
If you are not able to log in, please follow these simple steps:
(a) Refresh the web page by either hitting the F5 key or the refresh button on the tools menu.
(b) If you do not get the webpage again, please do CTRL+ F5 and try again.
(c) If you are still not getting the web page, please make sure the web address or URL is boistarrewardz.com

(5) How do I unsubscribe?
You are automatically enrolled in the BOI STAR REWARDZ program if you are a Bank of India ATM cum Debit Card holder. However, if you do not want to subscribe to the program, you can choose not to Register your membership. If you have registered your membership and would like to unsubscribe, please call our customer care and we would be more than happy to help you.

(6) Can I edit my profile, like address, phone etc? How can I edit it?
Sure, you can do so online. To edit your profile, log in to your account, select My Profile on the account page and just click on the edit page. Now you would be able to change the details as per your wishes. Please do not forget to save the changes.

(7) I'm receiving a Page Unavailable message when trying to Register. What should I do?
Please refresh your page and also check your internet connection. Also please check your email inbox as a verification email/sms would be sent to you with your account information.

(8) I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on forgot password button and answer the required question. Your password would be reset and sent to your email account. It would also be sent through SMS to you.

(9) How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and click on change password button. You can change your password then. Keep your old password handy and do not forget to reconfirm the new password.
